The Leopold Hotel Brussels EU is getting for our favourite season : F A L L !

Not only  has our indoor terrace been decorated with pumpkins, dried leaves, floral arrangements and chestnuts, our Chef has also been getting ready with a Fall Specials Menu !

STARTERS | ENTREES
                              
Pan-fried scallops, vitelotte potato mash, garlic and shrimp butter 

Noix de coquille Saint-Jacques poêlées, purée de vitelotte, beurre à l’ail et crevettes grises      

Foie gras terrine, mango and sultana chutney, mixed salad with nut vinaigrette
Terrine  de foie gras, chutney de mangue aux fruits secs, salade mixte et sa vinaigrette de noisettes                 

MAIN COURSES | PLATS

Roast duck breast, mixed mushrooms, braised chicory, rattes potatoes with herb sauce 
Filet de magret de canard rôti,  champignons mixtes, chicon braisé, pommes de terre rattes aux herbes, sauce bigarade à l’orange                                                                         


Tuna casserole, with citronella and spring vegetables, new potatoes
Cocotte de thon à la citronnelle et jeunes légumes, pomme de terre nature
